Return Policy
If the issue is our fault (e.g., shoes are defective, sent in the wrong size, or color), you can return them to us!
The boots must be unworn and not played in. Once we confirm this, we’ll ask if you’d like a full refund or to exchange the size/color to match your original order.
However, if the boots do not fit due to selecting the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the boots received match your original order.
